Platform overview

One ERP platform for the product business.

adorabl scopes every order, receipt, bill, and bank balance to your organization — with shared navigation, admin, numbering, and audit across operations and automated accounting.

Built for operators, not enterprise IT.

Product brands outgrow bolted-together tools. adorabl is built as one ERP platform — commerce through books — without making operators learn enterprise jargon.

Organization as the boundary

Trail Ridge Outfitters and every other tenant keep their own customers, suppliers, stock, and bank connections behind the organization switcher.

Sidebar that matches the work

Commerce, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, AP, AR, and Data & Admin group screens the way teams actually navigate — with Help on every header.

History you can defend

Audit log, Activity tabs, and reasoned order actions answer who changed what — without a switch to turn history off.

From first sign-in to a configured org.

First session path from the quickstart — sign in, select the organization, read the dashboard, then configure.

  1. 01

Sign in and pick the organization

Everyone on your team works in a shared organization. Bills, invoices, inventory, and bank data belong to the organization you have selected — confirm it before entering transactions.

  2. 02

    Orient on the dashboard

Cash on hand, 30-day forecast, open AR, and open AP answer the morning questions. Operational health tiles cover orders, fulfillment, inventory risk, and reconciliation lag.

  3. 03

    Navigate by how you work

Sidebar groups cover Commerce, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Data & Admin — each with a setup shortcut for that domain.

  4. 04

    Configure org-wide admin

Users and access, next numbers, master data governance, and audit live under Data & Admin. Domain setup stays under each product area.

Tenancy, access, numbering, and audit.

Foundation capabilities that every other module depends on.

Multi-organization

Switch organizations from the sidebar. Data does not carry over between organizations — each tenant keeps its own books and stock.

Users and access

Invite users by email and adjust access from organization management. Role-based access and multi-factor authentication apply for your organization.

Next numbers

Document sequences for invoices, bills, POs, and more — prefixes, padding, and ranges. Numbers assign on post or confirm, not while drafts are still editable.

Audit and activity

Organization-wide audit log plus per-record Activity. Material changes on open orders and master records ask for a reason and keep a snapshot trail.

Operations and automated accounting.

Capabilities menu structure — open any page for the full product story.

Recommended onboarding order.

Books and banks first, then purchasing and products, then receivables — so invoices land on a ready foundation.

  • Start with Finance setup — system accounts, chart of accounts, fiscal calendar, and bank connections.
  • Configure Operations setup and Payables setup before heavy purchase and inventory volume.
  • Finish Receivables setup and dunning rules before sending the first customer invoices.
  • Use the Settings hub Areas list to track progress without mixing org-wide and domain settings.

Governance, import, and daily navigation.

Governance and cutover tools sit beside day-to-day screens — without turning Master Data into the place you create every supplier.

Master data governance

Global field rename updates captions across screens and reports. Duplicate detection, merge, and split clean shared suppliers, customers, and related entities — coordinate with Finance before merging GL-related records.

Import hub for cutover

Shared import flows load catalogs and masters through a guided wizard so go-live is not a one-off spreadsheet paste.

Employees are not users

Employee records do not create login access. Users are invited separately with organization access controls.

Help where work happens

Each screen header includes Help that opens the matching guide. Universal search (⌘K / Ctrl+K) jumps to screens and records.

Example · Trail Ridge Outfitters

One organization. Many operators. Shared truth.

  1. 1. Switcher
Controllers and ops managers confirm Trail Ridge Outfitters before posting bills or receiving stock.
  2. 2. Numbers
INV-, BILL-, PO-, and RCPT- sequences are set before live volume so documents stay consistent.
  3. 3. Trail
Order actions and the audit log answer why a PO quantity changed or who invited a new user.

A new organization may show zeros on the dashboard until customers, suppliers, bills, and bank connections exist — that is expected.

Questions operators ask.

Straight answers grounded in how adorabl is organized for operators today.

What is adorabl?

adorabl is a modern ERP platform for small product businesses. It brings together commerce, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, banking, inventory, and books in one organization-scoped system.

How does multi-tenancy work for operators?

You select an organization in the sidebar switcher. All operational and financial data belongs to that organization. If you belong to more than one, switch before entering bills, invoices, or payments — data does not carry over.

Where do I invite users and set numbering?

Organization-wide admin lives under Data & Admin → Settings. Invite users from organization management. Configure Next numbers for document prefixes and sequences before live transactions.

What is Master Data for?

Day-to-day create/edit still happens on domain screens (Suppliers, Customers, Items). Master Data is governance — global field rename, duplicate review, merge and split across the ERP platform.

Is there a public technical architecture guide?

User-facing docs cover organization scoping, settings, audit, and module setup. Deep multi-tenancy implementation details and developer infrastructure belong in engineering materials, not the operator docs site.

What should we configure first?

Recommended onboarding order: Books and bank connections first, then Purchasing and Products operations setup, then Accounts Receivable setup and dunning before sending customer invoices.
